I have owned a number of cutting boards over the years and this one is by far the highest quality one I've ever used. It is incredibly smooth and solid. I use it every day and it has not degraded in quality at all. It also doesn't slide at all on my counter, which I've seen from cheaper boards in the past.
And I don't have to worry about microplastics which you get with cheap plastic boards.
